Subscription

Rails UI has an open gem and a Full Access subscription. The open gem gives you the free app kits and public components. Full Access adds the subscriber app kits, private components, auth views, email templates, the form builder, Rails UI Charts Pro, and updates while your plan is active. A failed payment gets a short grace period while Stripe retries it.

A plan changes who can use Rails UI, not which product files you receive. Solo covers one person. Team covers up to 30 seats.

Your dashboard handles private repository access. GitHub remains the source of truth for who can read the subscriber repositories.

1. Open your dashboard after checkout.
2. Connect the GitHub account that should receive repository access.
3. Choose the private repositories you want in that GitHub account.
4. Accept each invite from GitHub notifications or email.
5. Open the setup guide for each active repository.

If a GitHub invite expires, the dashboard returns that repository to Available and you can request access again.

Teams

The Team plan covers up to 30 seats. The account owner chooses which repositories the team uses. Team members see the owner’s repository set and use the same setup guides.

Use Team for client work, studios, and agencies where more than one person needs to install or update Rails UI. Sharing one Solo account across a group is outside the license.

How do I unsubscribe?

Open account settings, then Billing. Stripe handles plan changes and cancellation.

After cancellation, anything installed in your apps stays yours to keep and ship. You lose access to new kits, components, updates, and private GitHub repositories once the subscription ends. A payment failure may leave access in place briefly while Stripe retries the charge.
